I couldn't get past the wandering of the locals and their yammering "Pardon, sir!" every 5 seconds. I didn't have the patience to wait for NPC's to finish running their mouths so I could say what I had to say. The opening dungeon scene was ok and kept me playing, but once I got to town, it was over for me. Free or not, this game is bad.
It's not. I thought when I bought this game, "oh something with a teenager in it, this will be simple enough". I was wrong. There is no chance of beating this game without a walkthrough. When I learned some of the combinations of items to make new items, I had to laugh. I mean, ridiculous. Anyway, it still passed the time for a couple of hours, even though I was hardcore into the walkthrough. Be careful with the walkthroughs, also. There's one out there that makes you think there is something wrong with your game because he/she doesn't mention certain things. When you come across that, find a different one. There's plenty of them.
