At the time of writing I clocked ~19 hours of gameplay (sidenote: some people claim game is less than 10 hours of content, but that probably if you skip reading or something). My opinion, this is a killer game. While some stuff is clunky and inconsistent (interface in the more recent additions is usually more fleshed out) it's easy to forgive once you immerse yourself in the story. This is really a pain point to me. What if game's final release won't get us to conclusion of the story? That would be a great loss (not dissimilar to Mass Effect 3 fiasco). Because what we have right now offers a huge promise for the future like Fallout 2 or Fallout 3: New Vegas. You have enemies, you have friends, you have promise of vengence, and promise of salvation, fear and hope and world that may or may not change due to your action. Damn I really hope they will finish the game down the line. There are bad things like clunky interface, or some bugs here and there, writing in English sometimes itself is a bit awkward (not a native English speaker I am guessing here). None of it is a killer tho. Cannot recommend this title more. Game is deffo: NSFW.
This game definitely belongs to the group XXX and as such as game has a clunky interface, simplistic gameplay, and dialogues are devoid of logic in many places and only used as a vessel to show some more adult content. What was surprising to me was that there is actually gameplay if only a bit repetitive. Stylistically probably not a game for everyone as female protagonist is pretty much abused all the time but she sort of likes it (but not really, but then, yeah a bit). Some people find it disgusting, others intriguing, you have been warned. Would give it 3.5 or 3+ if there was such a metric.
