So, I don't want to disagree with all the rave reviews that this game has acheived. It no doubt earns them. I've been playing Oddworld games for a while now...including Munch's Odysee (perhaps my second-favorite xbox title of all time, after Morrowind) and Stranger's Wrath, and I have a lot of respect for the artistic accomplishment of Oddworld. I also admire its well-played bouts of social criticism. So, I was excited to find this game, which I've hoped to play for years. In the end, though, I didn't get very far. Quite probably, this says a lot more about me than about the game itself. I am more of an RPG hound, and a turn-based strategy guy...I like things that I can think through and puzzle out, and not necessary things that require fast mental reflexes and facile fingers. So...I don't wanna talk anyone out of buying this game. But if you're not really a platform gamer, you might wanna think twice about this one.
