While I like a good detective story, I wouldn’t automatically jump at a 5 stars for this game like the fan base is doing. It’s an okay game, but nothing to really to write home about. Yes, it is different in that it has real actors versus the typical games today. Some of the green screening is painfully obvious and it takes away from the experience. I think it would be better to move to graphics as some of the acting was equivalent to a low budget B grade movie. Game play seems okay if you can handle the dumb humor. Mute the sound and attempt to read the words. The challenge with that is if you don’t read fast enough, you can’t really go back that easily. This forces you to have to listen to the low budget slap stick humor. May end up storing this game on a portable drive and getting back to it at a later date. Didn’t see a reason to push this to the front of the line of my games to play.
