The basic mechanics of the game don't work properly. Your character will usually die a death you could not have possibly predicted or prevented due to logical errors in AI and movement. It will happen a lot, and it will make you wonder why you even bothered playing. They slapped on some difficulty options and autosave to try to compensate for it before they started their next project, but they didn't address the fact that the game just doesn't work properly. The interface is clearly designed for mobile first, and PC a distant second. The fact that they haven't actually released it on mobile so far could be a symptom of incompetence or lack of dedication, or it could be an integrity move made in light of how the game has turned out so far. If this very simple project ended up a trainwreck that they're unwilling or unable to make function properly, it doesn't bode well for more complex games in their future.
