For me it is the best game in the franchise, it may seem dated for today's times but it has the best storyline and for me it has the best gameplay despite being a little dated for today's times, every year I play it pure without any mods when I'm nostalgic for a good game, something quite rare these days.
I think I can say that it is the mod of the year, I can even say more that it brought soul back to Fallout 4, a game that was lost a lot from the golden age of Fallout, it has its problems and lacks some refinements and fixes for several bugs, but it is an exceptional job on the part of the devs, it has been a long time since a Fallout caught my attention like this, I hope it only gets better as the bugs are fixed.
