Unique game, both creepy and satisfying. I play LIMBO when I have 5-20 min of free time while I'm cooking or doing something that prevents me from fully investing my time in a game. The puzzles have simple mechanics but can take some time to figure out their intricacies. LIMBO feels like a smartphone game, but if it were, it would definitely be the best. Worth the money.
Dracula 4 and 5 have the best graphics but fall short of the length and most importantly, difficulty that is found in Dracula 3. If you're looking for a point-and-click puzzle adventure, but don't want to commit to purchasing the whole series then buy Dracula 3.
It's a French made point-and-click adventure. Don't let that discourage you. Dracula 1 and 2 follow the same story, and aren't particularly challenging, with the most difficult puzzle being your ability to spot interactable objects through the old graphics. 1 and 2 are forgetabble adventures. Dracula 3 is best Dracula game in the series, however, even better that 4 and 5. The graphics are interesting and add creepieness by having the characters move even though the game is point-and-click. The sounds/music are eerie. The story is immersive. And most important of all: the puzzles are challenging, ranging from medium all the way to pull-out-hair frustrating. Dracula 3 is a must play.
After hearing how great Witcher 3 is, I decided to give the Witcher series a go. Witcher 1 Story: Cool, you're a professional monster slayer. Graphics: Okay, no one plays these older games for their graphics, though. Sounds/Music: Epic Gameplay: Clunky, pissed me off at first, but then I got used to it and it ceased to piss me off. Best Part: the true quest in this game is to get laid by as many women as possible, and when/if you're succsessful you're rewarded with a card of the woman in a sexual pose. Gotta catch 'em all!
Good port, except for the default renderer made the game way too dark to play. But after a quick visit to the forums/google I was able to correct the issue. I never played Deus Ex when I was a child, and after completing my first run I realized that I was denied part of my youth. Flawless gameplay, immersive story and fun from start to finish. So happy I picked it up!
