The Uncertain: Light At The End

Nice but ruined by poor controls

Game is some average puzzles linked together by cutscenes. Viewing angle at times is awful and you get stuck on scenery. Some nice addons with the magazines and even a pipboy but generally underwhelming.

Lost Horizon

Terrible

How this got good reviews is beyond me. Its fall of stupid puzzles that require you to run from place to place to do pointless things when hundreds of more obvious choices are available. A simple action of opening your save requires you to go through five or six steps when you could smack the kid who has your wallet and take it back, Nuts.

Trüberbrook

Starts well but declines quickly

First scene excellent puzzles make sense and are practical, after that though goes rapidly in decline. You are very soon stuck finding random things to solve random puzzles when more obvious solutions are evident. Mostly wandering around hoping for the best.

Phoenix Point: Complete Edition

Another poor xcom clone.

Combat overly easy and not enough variety of enemies. None of them make you think I'll be lucky to get through this mission. Start is why too easy and you really just have to set over-watch and wait for the enemies to run onto your guns. With a better nastier AI would have been so much more fun.

Transient

Good graphics no fun

Developers seen to have spent a lot of time on the graphical part of the game but forgot the game part. Puzzles are boring and uninteresting and nothing actually makes you feel anything for the characters. Quickly becomes why bother.

60 Parsecs!

A game for two year olds

Extremely boring, Never happens and virtually no gameplay.

Broken Sword 4: The Angel of Death (2006)

Each game just gets worse

This is an example of how to take a good game Broken Sword 1 and then make each one WORSE. Number 2 boring puzzles, number 3 boring puzzles and no mouse control. This one mouse back but comes with the worse viewing angles I have ever seen. This means difficult to see clues. Puzzles not so bad but view is the killer.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning

More like a cartoon than a serious game.

Its laughable that this has an 18 rating as more like Tom and Jerry level violence. Tactics are non existent, just run at enemy and hit the mouse button. No real RPG elements and storyline really not there. Cartoon style hack and slash.

Shadowrun Hong Kong - Extended Edition

A waste of your life

This type of game destroys the turn based combat brand. With it fixed view puts you at a disadvantage in the tactical combat phase so you just end up running at the enemy. Skills are boring and contains nothing interesting that make you want to revisit. Feel like I need to cleanse my soul from just seeing it.
