The plot is very interesting and the dialogues are funny, the puzzles are at times tricky to solve but not ridiculously impossible like in some other games! One thing that's super frustrating is that whenever you talk to someone the npc must finish its movement cycle before starting the dialogue, hence prolonging needlessly the scene. Also a fast travel option would be great in such games, like a double click on EXIT to be instantly in the next location. Overall, very nice game, it was worth my time.
The polished graphics are nice an pleasant to the eye...the plot is quite dull and puzzles aren't that fun...same goes for the dialogues. The worst part in my case was the part where you're back in the 80ies...don't know why the screen was white, couldn't see anything and had to it blindly by randomly clicking around....somehow, I managed to go through it. The finale is also extremely disappointing as is the epilogue... I don't think I'll ever play this title again.
This game is everything a lover of rpg wishes for! Great story, good enigmas, loads of things to discover and the right amount of action! time could't touch this pearl!
where to start?... The beginning is quite intriguing, but soon enough the game becomes a mess...Al Capone style zombies and pirates...Zombies that use Tguns and say "Hey you", music that has nothing to do with the dark atmosphere you are in and a lot of puzzles that are quite dumb ...aiming is a monumental pain in the butt, moving around with grace is a torture and the graphics didn't improve from the first chapter...The first alone in the dark is a masterpiece, but its younger brother missed the opportunity to take it up a notch...
Ok, the game isn't bad, but it's very repetitive, basically you have to the same things again and again and again, for 3 days...on the fourth, things change a bit, but still, something is missing...the story is interesting and the music is immersive...thought I felt like this game should have done more to entertain me...Puzzles were very intuitive and it was quite obvious for me, what's next...so it was just a matter of running around and collecting objects to put them somewhere else...the interface sometimes is very annoying, for example, when your inventory is full, and you need to take an object, you can't simply swap the object you want with the one you wanna leave...you must first empty a slot, and then you can put the object in your backpack or in the storage box. 3 stars isn't a bad rate...but I think giving it 5 stars would mean greatly overestimate this game...also it is very short, and for the same money or just a bit more, you can buy masterpieces that will guarantee days (not just 4/5 hours) of entertainment...in the end, I feel like I overpaid for something that is just ok, and by the reviews seemed to be fantastic...but as they said in ancient Rome... "Degustibus non disputandum est".
