I found this game to be fun, but the learning curve has caused me a great deal of frustration. The provided tutorial feels lacking. The pop-up tips are annoying to read through and provide little depth of understanding. Telling me to do this or that or that this icon represents this resource but not tying it together into a cohesive whole, so I could understand what complex outcome was being aimed for through the disparate mechanics introduced. It felt like walking in the dark, I had no reference for whether I was doing well or not. If the tutorial can be expanded, I think this game could be a 5 star for those that enjoy the genre.
