I have not played the game yet and wasted hours installing the German edition. The installation process was not being made clear. I was already irritated by the buggy release of Cyberpunk 2077 and now GOG had to further irritate me with this botched installation process. This may be the last time I am purchasing any games from GOG.
Thanks to the immense hype, I decided to cave in and pre-purchase this. Fortunately, I encountered little to no problems, aside from minor bugs and Frame Rate issue. The latter was solved when I totally disabled Ray Tracing. I could run the game above 80 to 90 frame rates even in night scenes. By the way, my graphics card is a Palit RTX 2060 Super Dual. Since I am using a Full HD monitor, I'm running it on 1080p. Smooth sailing so far. I have clocked in around 100 hours of game play and really, the desktop PC is the best way to experience this game. To those who are still stuck in previous generation consoles, I feel your pain...I sold my PS4 Pro earlier this year and it was the best decision I have made.
