One of my favorite open world games. It's an older game so you have to limit fps to 60fps, otherwise it crashes. I just set the monitor to 60fps. I have this on Steam as well and on there I use /frameratecap=60 in the launch options. I like this for just flying around in an army jet and using rockets on pretty much everything. Great, mindless, open-world fun.
