-A soundtrack that is summed up as "endless tension" -Hearing something in the vents above and seeing a vent "leak" -An AI enemy that learns from your habits and executes you and other NPCs with instant Mortal Kombat finishers -Halloween-esque robots that steadlily but relentlessly follow you until they get to you and quite possibly end you -There's no Facehuggers at least! This game is not terrifying at all.
