POS

I don't give a rat's behind if I got the game free. I don't give a crap if it's five bucks. NO COMPANY SHOULD SAY 'works with controller' if it grabs your mouse too. IF YOU ARE USING A CONTROLLER THE MOUSE SHOULDN'T BE INVOLVED. Either pick one of the inputs or only give us one input. Kind of hard to enjoy a game when I find out the 'controller input' is like a game from the 90s using some logitech off brand. I might have enjoyed it if I could play it without the mouse that's NOT BEING USED is constantly pulled back to the game. At least give us the option of turning that on or off, or don't make it a thing. I didn't even get to start the game because I wanted to play while doing other things, which is kind of hard when those other things require my mouse. I don't give a crap how good the game is if starting it up that's what happens. It ran great, looked great, but it's 2025 NO COMPANY SHOULD GET AWAY WITH THIS CRAP MAKING ANYTHING. DO NOT BUY unless you are using just one input or are only playing the game by itself. This is an insult to every single person who bought it.

The Gunk

Great except one problem.

Got this game through Amazon Prime free giveaway, already played it once through xbox game pass. Got further then when I played it on game pass. The entire premise is really great, resource gathering trying to craft your necessary items, seemingly simple and pretty survival game. The only drawback is there's a major learning curve on something only certain adventure games do even this early in the game. The 'point of no return' when gathering things for specific upgrades or moving through chapters in the game. There is only one auto save and it's when moving from area to area as well as every so often while you're playing, you only have manual saves otherwise. There should be multiple autosave points for issues just like this. I was on the chapter where you're in the ancient alien ruins and you find the energy pipe, when trying to get the toxic river bridge pieces turned I failed to get the necessary resources for a crucial range upgrade to the main tool you use until after passing a point of no return. Didn't realize until loading the game up after the point of no return without any save from before that point including auto saves. It really needs to be expressed to some players much earlier in the game that resources must be gathered at all costs in every area before moving onto the next. Because of my own mistake I'm giving up playing and uninstalling but this needs to be clearly said in the tutorials as well as reviews. Otherwise I'd be giving this game five stars even unfinished.
