Nice easy way to add some quality of life updates with only one click to install.
This is the one I remember playing most, because it had the skirmish mode, the later Xbox 360 release lost a lot of the tactical gameplay of the first two. It's not a standard FPS has more focus on squad/player positioning.
while both original battlefront games were great, in this one the AI tended to fight at major areas and hold chokepoints while battlefront 2's AI would be more sporadic and spread out into small skirmishes. another thing this game has over the sequel is each faction's special units were unlocked at the start of the match unlike battlefront 2 and no there's no playable heroes (which I didn't personally like in battlefront 2) though it's mostly personal preference and you can't go wrong with either of the two original battlefronts.
Has controller support out the box for easy local multiplayer. Downside it doesn't seem to have crossplay with steam.
