I was skeptical at first, but the game is simply tuned to excellence and beautifully written and directed. Kudos. There's nothing more to say
Obscurely but beautifully written, strongly reminiscent of Jack Vance.
It's got a bit of a Marvel feel to it—not a good thing. The turn-based combat drags. Obviously incredibly popular with a lot of polish. You either like Larian's writing or you don't: I don't.
hits different than Baldur's Gate, but not in a bad way. It's a little dryer, darker, more grounded. Great QOL and endlessly replayable
