Great game, great sequel, but as of now, it feels too much like hollow knight, not sure if that is good or bad
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if I'm missing something, but the story, gameplay and overall setting feels really boring, I'm in an office going from point A to point B, just because I need to find something... I've passed the 3 hour mark and I just don't feel like "playing" more
Not perfect by any means, but I really like the roaster from both companies
Follow up game of a game that was... what it is, so at least they kept the same spirit. Note: As of today april 4th, 2024 it doesn't have controller support, be aware of this
Technical issues with amd graphics, i wanted to check if the gog version also had the same issues, it has. The game itself looks really ugly, it is not even comparable to the graphical quality the had on 2d (kof xiii was so gorgeous), and also the way the game feels is just not kof anymore, i'm still trying to give it a chance, but the game is just not compelling any more
It looks and plays as if the right ideas were there, but it lacks a lot of polish, there are a lot of simple issues, camera speed, animation consistency, i hope the studio keeps working on similar things, but they really need to polish their games.
I started to play it because of the story... and yet the gameplay was good enough for me, however, i saw and add, and a message saying it was waiting for other players... WTF, this has no network multiplayer. It also crashed a couple of times, just because.
It could have been very good, but the main story is not that interesting, and the voice acting is not the best (at least in english), it tried too hard and that made it a little boring and repetitive. Nevertheless, i did play it until the end mostly because of the characters.
I really like this style of gameplay, great difficulty (not so easy yet not impossible), this along napishtim and origin are my favorite ones of all the ys (specially against the new 3d ones)
This was my first momodora game and was pleasantly surprised, really great game, mechanics and of course, the pixel art. I would like it to be longer, but i wouldn't have liked low quality instead.
