This game is so horrible optimized that with an i9 9700k, 32gb and a RTX 3070 I can barely run it at 60 fps on 1080. I dont care about the bugs/glitches/etc, you just cant a game that cannot be played at 60 fps no matter which options you select, sooner or later you will get FPS drops.
