This game is sooo much fun. My only regret is not playing it sooner.
So far I'm having lots of fun with this. You can set the difficulty which is nice especially starting out. The only 2 things I have negative to say is that the tutorial regarding sub targeting could be a bit better. I would go more into using the DRT to line up your shot more before you get too close to the target. Also, I would have loved to voice act this. The voice acting is not very good, and with as much of it as there is, I find myself skipping it quite a bit. Other than those 2 minor issues, I this this game is addicting and defnitely worth a try
I am hooked on this game. The game mechanics are unique compared to the other RTS's I've played in the past. I absolutely love this game albeit the only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the tutorial would have went over upgrading your hexigons (N key). I found it by looking in the keyboard settings. All in all, definitely worth a buy
First off I'd like to add that the base game is free, and at the time of this review, the review rating on Steam™ is OVERWHELMINGLY postitive (98% overall) which makes the 3.2 out of 5 here seem, well, inaccurate. If you like GN type games, I think you will like this. You can play as either a girl or boy, and there is some customization which affects the outcome of the story. The game is free so you aren't out anything. If you start playing it and really like the story, then I really recommend buying all the DLC which isn't that much. The DLC adds so much to the story/stages that I feel it is worth it to really enhance the initial play through. If you play though the base game once and love it, you can always get the DLC and do another play through, but it won't be the same as experiencing the story brand new with the DLC. That is what I did, and I'm TOTALLY not regretting it at all. If this story isn't your cup of tea, you are out nothing. So it's free. Give it a try. What are you wating for?
What can I say? This game really grabbed ahold of me and didn't let go. I like these types of survival games. There is quite a bit of monotony with it, but honestly I think that is realistic. The price isn't bad, and if you like survival games, you might like it too.
I played this game straight through because I really loved this game. It is a historical novel in pop-up book fashion that allows you to pick a diagnosis using the astrological discipline known as the four humors. It’s like a pop-up pick-a-patch book. Pros: 1. Rich story. I felt very compelled to keep going and find out what happens next 2. Voice acting is spot on. In a game such as this, voice acting can make or break it. I am happy to say that the voice acting is fantastic 3. I would say that this game has decent replay value. While I beat the game first time up, I am curious to see what happens if I utterly botch everything up for Simon. 4. The makers of the game did their homework. The cases in this game apparently came from Simon’s notebook. Some of the cases are so ridiculous they must be true :P. 5. The writing and music are quite funny. I laughed quite a lot at the story and music, but I must admit that I am fond of choral music as well as that style of humour. Cons: 1. It not hard to beat. There are quizzes regarding the four humors, but they aren’t that hard. The answers are in the stars and planets. 2. This game targets a specific gamer. I can easily see that this game is not for everyone. Anyways, if you like British humour or late 16th / early 17th century British history, you might like this game. Give it a shot; you won’t be out much. TLDR Coitus post Consultatio: 10/10
