I bought it on sale for 5 bucks and I played for about 30 hours and completed the main campaign and some side scenarios. Ran fine on my 6 year old Windows 10 desktop, no problems. I played the Caesar series many years ago and from what I remember it was more detailed and complex than this game. As another reviewer said, once the basic mechanics are figured out it's not super challenging. But for some relatively relaxed Roman city building fun I enjoyed this and would recommend it if you like that period.
