Installed yesterday and play the version 98. Some 23 years there but still good and enjoyable. Some keys, if you play Tie Fighter, are not there, but that was always so. Dont forget, to quit or end mission use H(Hyperdrive). One key, lack for me, G(missions Goals). But nothing of terrible there and you have B(Mission briefings). A pretty good old game.
After some 25 hours of playing one word to resume: Excelent!! Old maybe and with graphics of the another times, but really a very old good game. If you search a WWII tank simulator, this one is the first choice. There also a good numbers of mods allround, but I am very happy with the vainilla original.
Played today after some 24 years of really good moments by 1994-1995. OK, graphics is very old but the game is still very good. We can dream of the same game with the actual technology. Some recomenations if you find this problems. With the mouse of joystick in promenade by the left of the screen, edit dosbox_1942paw(config file) [joystick] section, and changed "timed" from timed=true" to timed=false". Then is OK and you can calibrated the Joystick normally. If you flaps dont extend try Alt Gr + [ Happy flights.
