Cyberpunk 2077

Great Narrative but flawed

I can honestly say that from a story telling perspective the game is great. The environment of night city is fantastic and I enjoy the lore of the game. I have some major gripes however that mainly come down to the game feeling rushed. I will list my main issues below in the hope that these are improved over time: 1, The bugs. Ive had crashes to desktop, Broken quests that require reloading, graphical glitches. The list goes on... 2, The world feels shallow outside of the main quests. There are shops that you can purchase from but there is no way of using the items from them, The police are useless and are stationary throughout the city. There is plenty to explore but it lacks substence like the witcher series did. Its a bit depressing really and one of the main things I hope they fix. The lack of a Gwent replacement is dissapointing - I really thought that CDPR would have done better. 3, Customisation. Lots was promised but this wasn't delivered. There is no way to change your appearance past the start of the game and little things like buying your own place or modding your car dont exist. Body mods are also not visual. If I wanted to replace my arm or make myself chrome it should have been put in the game as it was kinda implied in the marketing. 4, Relationships in this game need fleshed out. You have one romance choice for your sexual orientation for a game that was marketed for its open choices. Once you have completed the romance or relationship quests the interactions feel hollow with few dialogue options. This breaks immersion completely. Designing your own genitals is also a gimmick as you dont see them again.... I completed the Panam questline and at the end of it there is one dialogue option... It feels rushed. GTAIV comes to mind for this. Although the bowling was annoying it was nice to spend time with characters outside of questlines. 5, Annoying controls. There is no jeybind for walking... I mean come on.
