The game luxuriates in its own cleverness in a smarmy way. That said, the writing is more than decent, and as this is basically interactive fiction, I can't knock down more than a star. Died a few hours in due to low morale. Since the game rubbed me the wrong way, despite being entertaining, I gave up, just like my depressing character.
