I love the characters, music, and story, but this game is incredibly difficult to play through with all its bugs and godawful AI. It's ridiculous there have been so many major problematic bugs that have been reported multiple times on the official forum but none have been fixed after months of this game being released. I've legitimately lost count of the number of times I've have to Google around for solutions to a common bug because it's literally impeded my ability to progress in a quest. I think it's fair to say that players should NOT be expected to do this, especially when they've paid for the game. Currently playing the "I walk the line" mission and literally can't get past a shutter door that's supposed to open but won't, despite the waypoint saying I need to go through it. And if I circle around the area, the waypoint changes to another path and leads me to ANOTHER SHUTTER DOOR THAT WON'T OPEN EITHER. I seriously cannot even progress in a MAIN QUEST and it's frustrating beyond belief. I'm so tired of having to repeat missions over and over while praying that it won't be broken each time. Many times I've had to restart the game too, which is incredibly annoying given how long it takes to get to the bloody menu. I know there are a lot of problems and it's not easy to get through them all, but this game should not have been released without extensive testing. I bought this game on release day and even bought a new GPU because my GTX 1660TI couldn't even handle 40fps consistently on MEDIUM settings. I really want to like this game, but I'm constantly getting beat down every time I try to play it. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I've never been so disappointed in a game. My recommendation? Wait a couple more years before buying this game and hope to god it's in a playable state.
