Yes it may be linear. But the story and idea are pure magic. My 10 year old daugther loves it!

This is a mod? It is a full game for 2024 standards. Best is they did not play on Fallout nostalgia. They develped on their own characters and features. You will not find in 2024 more britisch then that:-D Some say voice acting not superb. Talk with posh brit guys, this is the language!!! To all that say its bugged. Yes. But all bugs are Bethedsa fault. Its a longer story, search the net for details. I have only one compain and i hope GOG guys read this. Deveopers have only accounts on other servises. I dont have them. GOG please add option to pay tribute to awesome developers of this GAME.
We are living in times were everyone bows to DEI-Diversity-Equity-Inclusion. Reds were figthing long. Unfortunately they too gave up. White men are there only all as bad guys. All other meaning> black, asian, indian, gay, etc. are all good and nice people. Women are much stronger then any men and need to show them that everytime. And so on and on... At the end you get, shallow "spy versus spy" missions. Everyone has a trust issue and personal problems about which you need to hear every second like a terapist. CIA (FIA here) is bad but we love our country. blah blah blah That adding DEI checkpoints makes whole plot predictable and boring as f. Endings are very forced and not as natural and logical as in the vanilla. I only gave 3 stars beacuse of Update 2.0 which is awesome. After 250h gaming i started CP2077 like a new game. So my verdict: stay with original game
I played this game hundreds of hours in my youth. Bought at GOG just to have a DRM safe copy. Even now there is a few X4 games which can compete with it. Including the new reworked version:-D If you can live with old school graphics you will find yourself an excellent game. Strategy options, obiously spells are all well made. Races are very differnt so every gameplay will be different. There so much to love here. So if you like Good Old Games, you will not be dissapointed.
yes, it has bugs. Actually it had, beacuse most are solved. I still find Witcher 3 best game all times, but CP2077 gets high place in ranking still. -Story is extremly well put. -World is belivable and rich. -Gameplay is great (Netrunner if you what i mean:-D I just spare more comments beacuse they were written already in more depth.
Sounds insane? Yes it is. There are lot of in-depth reviews so i just point the poins that i liked the most. Fight animations are superb. Your slauthering tons of orcs nonetheless fights still look believable. Idea to convert orcs to your side is very fun. Ghost-elf mode is very cool. I am a rather casual player and i still knew where i left of. For hardcore players there is even more to explore. Storytelling is wonderful. Developers at their jobs interview needed to know J.R.RTolkien books with every detail. Simply said: killing orcs was never more fun:-D
There is no single better game then Witcher 3. Period. Although i loved world of Wither 1. Accepted Witcher 2. This one broke all statistics. I gave myeself a break beacuse i know all quests and dialogues. Now i just listen to music. Which is timeless. game has only one flaw. After you end it your life is empty. You will not find any game as good as this one. Cyberpunk 2077 although great, ends quickly and depressing. It is not for everyone. Here you struggle to make a run to make everything perfect.
Quite a hard game. Idea that your leveled up character goes down beacuse of a dice roll is flustrating. But As a player of original Warhammer Fantasy Battles and mordheim i can only say they just stick to the rules. But at some point you learn like Radowid (wither 3) says you learn to loose your pawns. Therefore my review is a little biased. Fact that developers forfeit the game is not nice. Unfortunately quite common with Warhammer "digital" games. Therefore review is solely personal and accepts opposite views.
