Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy)

Mysterious and Worthwhile

This game was everything I expected it to be and more. I found myself going to work just hoping time would go by so I could come back home to learn more about what's happening in the game! The story, fabulous The graphics, good for its time! The character development, I enjoyed! But one thing that made me not give it an all 5 was, the quick time events. They were something new, I've never done any events like that before and nor did it explain it to me, I just had to figure it out. Once you get it down it becomes easy, but I cannot begin to describe the aggravation that flowed through me as I was trying to do one of the quick-time events in the apartment; I probably tried about 7 times and it was a long event, you died, you restarted from the events beginning.

Amazing and Gripping!

This game was a giant step in this day and age, most games today are so focused on wars or killings, not creative or challenging at all. But still, after playing this game for several days and becoming a genius at it, you still end up missing things and getting citations, giving you more to improve on. Your thought has to expand and your eyes with it, a deeply motivated game! The graphics aren't the prettiest but that adds to the charm, I heard one person make complaints that they cant differ between the faces or the picture, the graphics are made to where that's hardly even possible unless your eye sight is bad. I highly recommend this game if you want something new and dark. It also does a good job at recapturing a stalinist, communist-fascist country; I myself am a communist, a leninist/marxist in fact and I do not take offense to the portrayal of the country or its governments. One reason I did not give it 5 stars was, it needs more content. I played to unlock endless mode, afterwards I got bored, I could go back and unlock the other multiple endings but I don't feel motivated to.
