The game's development cycle has been clearly cut short, it is simply unfinished. That said, with all the missing, or flawed features and the bugs, it's still a really fun and impressive game. The writing, the design, the art, the sound- these are 10's. Everything else is simply flawed and unfinished. If they do finish the game before moving onto another project, it will be an easy 10, in its current state, I feel 3/5 is fair.
How can a game look this good and run so well at the same time? The universe and writing were great from game 1, the second game was an improvement in gameplay and graphics and Witcher 3 exceeds all expectations. I'm speechless.
