It's a pretty decent city builder but it suffers from some poor mechanics (the amount of babies born in lategame is insane) and the combat is very basic and sometimes infuriating due to poor unit control. If you avoid combat you can have fun for quite a few hours, I'd recommend picking it up on discount.
