For Disclosure: I was one of the Kickstarter backers and got this game as a Kickstarter reward. On a technical side I played on Linux via WINE and that works well enough on Lutris. Controller got recognized. However, I guess there is a Memory Leak because the game will crash after around 2h. I enjoyed the story, being able to solve problems differently depending on your playstyle adds to the replayability. If you are stuck there is a hint system ... gotta admit I had to resort it two times, because I was a bit dumb but hey, at least you don't need someone's youtube tutorial or a gamefaq guide Also if you are unsure whether to buy it or not, just play the prologue, it is for free and contains the first chapter :)
The puzzles are fair, the characters are interesting. I really enjoy the optics. They do a fantastic job to remind you of the old Adventure era in the 90's. My only complaint is that the click to move to the next area led a few times to the characters just going to the edge of the screen even though I clicked on the arrow. But other than that I really enjoyed the game and can't wait for the next chapters
I enjoyed the prologue so far. The Beat 'em up mechanic fits perfectly with the point & click gameplay. The characters are likeable, the voice actors are cool and the german translation is also well done. The only minor criticism I have is that the menuing is a bit tedious with a controller, because the cursor acceleration button is mapped to changing the menu tab button.
