I came to this game from Diablo II (including Lord of Destruction), and wanted something more modern which I can play with a controller (I like to play on my TV screen). This game exceeded all my expectations! Even though I played tons of D2, I never tried to finish Hell, and Nightmare was good enough for me, so I am not qualified to judge how balanced the game is on these end-game levels. For casual play this game offers tons of builds, several interesting classes, total freedom in your weapons, and, even better, you can make combinations of classes, together it offers tons of interesting approaches. The story is there, it is pretty decent, but I am mostly interested in plowing through enemies and I was satisfied with the challenge. Overall, if you like Diablo II, I can recommend this game!
