With a little config file tweaking, you can get this game back to it's old glory while playing on a widescreen monitor. If you liked the game, it's well worth the few bucks to have it to play when whim takes you.
The game and it's content has held up well over time. That said, I've had quite a few crashes and graphical glitches. Save early, save often and you're probably ok.
