A long time ago I played Port Royale 1 and it was a very entertaining game. This version 2 is just as good, I don't understand why many are complaining. On my system it runs perfectly, of course the game is for 4:3 screens which doesn't bother me. This game is not for people who want something casual and fast. The hardest part is the learning curve but once you grasp the mechanics of the game you enjoy it even more.
At the beginning, the graphics are not a lot of attention, but after playing it I was very wrong, I now consider that part of its charm. This is easily one of the most addictive games I have played, seriously, it makes you feel a lot of empathy with your crew especially when you have managed to do perfect missions and then by some foolish mistake of you crash the plane and you lose your crew and all the experience earned, is a great shock!. I imagine if this game had Multiplayer Online Option would be much more incredible and completely crazy.
