Papetura is a unique but rather short experience. The game, crafted entirely out of paper by just one person, can be easily completed in 1 to 3 hours (probably less, if you use the in-game hint option). Backgrounds are probably the most breathtaking backgrounds you are going to see in a videogame. The puzzles are smart but sometimes counterintuitive. I loved the setting, the world the author was able to (actually) build, but I also feel like he didn't use its full potential. I hope he will consider to expand the story using the dioramas he already built. Art Direction 11/10. Puzzles 7/10. Story 5/10.
Crossing Souls is a game borrows every iconic elements from the 80's and achieves to fuse them in a coherent, beautiful and working mix. The nostalgia factor here is pretty high, and for me the game experience it was like coming back to be a teenager, thanks to a narrative filled with pure and authentic feelings. The game it-self has some quality drop moments, some aspects that could have been better mostly in the final chapter, but I strongly recommend this game. It's a gem! (for the developers: some time the pixel art/animation quality difference between some enemies and the others character it's to obvious) Strongly waiting for the Fourattic next game!
