After about 300h into the game, I think it's amazing. Great plot, atmosphere, and cinematic flare in many of the in-game dialogs. Amazing graphics that will challenge the most powerful rigs. Controls take a bit of adapting to but are perfectly functional, cars included, no mods needed, but they are out there. Varied gameplay styles and V's flexibility allow you to play the game how you choose when you choose. Do yourself a favor and ignore the controversy and just the thing. Reports of bugs are blown out of proportion, and are likely made by people who aren't playing on current patch as I have never seen half the things I see people complain about. Lives up to the hype as long as you understand that this is an open-world RPG and not some kind of Call of Duty Night City edition and expect to start the game as a master sniper.
