Looks like the "DRM" aspects have been changed. I just purchased the game with 2.x patch and all of the gifts were instantly available when I got to the hub. I must say, this game, even if I had purchased it with the DRM has made me more giddy than a game has made me in a long time. I understand why some here have a repulsion for DRM schemes, but it looks as if GOG has made good on a correction (correct me if I'm wrong). I debated with myself about purchasing this game on Steam or here and once again, I am glad I purchased it here. If anyone is on the fence about the DRM, fret not. This game has great atmosphere, great gameplay and I never logged into anything to play offline with all the perks. If you have the spare cash and you enjoy ARPGs, then do yourself, the developer and GOG a favor and get this game. This is my first review on GOG and it was prompted by the value/strength of this game. That says something.
