Loot is a core part of the game. You go to places, there are items in those places, you grab them, you identify them if needed, you sell them or equip them. By the life of me I can't fathom how horrible inventory management is. There's a "barter" skill, to improve your trades, obviously you'll only want 1 character to max this out or you'll waste skill points. There another skill to improve your loot quality. If you don't max these 2 on the same character everything becomes so painful. (and even then it's still aweful) In the game your party of 4 characters will each have their own inventory. There is no "move all to character X" option in PC. There is a ton of loot. So after looting and area you'll waste your time manually moving dozens of items to your barter character. And it's not just for selling them. Sometimes I want to move a lot of items between characters, except it's so annoying I just don't. This is an RPG. Items are a core part of the experience. Obtaining and selling them is too. Optimizing your strategy by having each character have the right items. Why must I manually move all the arrows to my marksman? Why must I individually click each and every one? This is not fun. Don't even get me started on identifying items. Why must I manually righ click and identify each one? Why must I have for it to be indentified? What is the game design justification behind this? You might not think something like this is enough of a reason to drop a title, but I value my time. I play games to have fun, not to needlessly move items between inventories.
