This isn't so much of a review as it is a revisit. I've enjoyed the Witcher series beginning with the first game. Witcher 3 is a great conclusion to the series although I wouldn't be saddened if a fourth game was cast with Ciri in the main role while Geralt basically replaces Vesimir. I played the Witcher 3 at a time when my old PC met only the mininum specs; Intel 2500k and AMD HD7870. So I wasn't experiencing the game in all of its glory. I built a new PC whose specs far surpass the recommended game requirements and it has made a huge difference. The game is absolutely beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend any one replay the Witcher 3 on your new hardware. I find myself taking my time and exploring every nook and cranny of the map looking for hidden loot and stumbling across hidden bandit camps that I missed on my first play through. If you're a Witcher fan you owe it to yourself to give this game a revisit. Enjoy!

My time for my favorite hobby is sadly limited. So when I invest my time into a game, it had better be a very special game. The Witcher EE is one such game. I'm not a game reviewer nor do I know a hlll of beans about the game mechanics and balance etc. But I do know what is fun, entertaining, and immersive. The Witcher is all of that and then some. The game for me has the same appeal as the Mass Effect series. So I fondly look forward to finishing the TW2 and the short wait for the TW3.
