As charming as Mystery of the druids is the only mystery is how the game got past playtesting. The game is full and I mean full of game breaking bugs and I was unfortunate to trigger one at the very start of the game. At the start of the game youre supposed to use a heavy dose of alcohol on a beggar. To do this you need to go to scotland yard lab, clean the bottles, Pick up some object and then a dialogue option should appear when talking to Chris asking him about what the bottles contain. Notice I said "Should". Unfortuantely, I seem to have triggered a game breaking bug since no matter what I do I cant get the dialogue option to trigger as ive followed step by step guides on the game and nothing. Apparently this is one of many game breaking bugs since at one point you go to france in the game and apparently theres a massive game breaking bug there too. Guess there are bugs not even CD projekt can fix. Well at least the game boots properly.
The game at first launches fine except for maybe the launcher not responding for a second but when I start the game up the infogrames and Darkworks logos display perfectly but the FMVs do not play. The sound does but the video doesnt unless sometimes I hit enter or something accidentaly and then it plays. Ive tried every resouloution, compatability you name it. Its a damn shame this game is so hard to run these days.
Fuckin hell. Its like theres some god out there who lsitend to me. Literally Silent Hill 4 was teh only Silent Hill not on my abandonware. The only place you could get were scam sites. This is a wish come true. Im buying this game when halloween holidays begin,
