After almost 10 years after I finished the first Torchlight I was finally able to complete Torchlight II. It's a great Diablo spiritual successor, the gameplay mechanics are fun and the builds are ok (for the time this game was released). The artstyle is beautiful and the music is great. The story is a bit bland TBH, that's why I give 4 Stars.
I beat this game on NSW, and it's a pretty fun metroidvania game, good mechanics, great soundtrack, and the dub (at least the Spanish LA) is perfect. The story is ok, I mean, if you keep in mind what audience this game is focused on. I definitely will purchase it here when it gets a discount.
Let’s ignore all the “woke” noise, the game itself is just very toxic. It praises toxic behaviors like cancelling people who doesn’t agree with you, allows the player to isolate other characters and even bullying them. I wouldn’t care if the game was like Bully from Rockstar games, because that game shows and parodies that behavior.
