Quite nice but spoiled

Quite nice but very repetitive. If you liked Inside you will probably like this. However it is spoiled by a) to many very very repetitive puzzles (how many times can you retrieve a tangle rope up above). Also b) One very impossible and very accessibility unfriendly puxxle near the end which involved going back about 10 steps every time you got it wrong (that drone that is very difficult to control for anyone normal, and needs to get past about 20 zappers in a row). Having to give up on a game 15 minutes before the end because the developers thing every person who is not an experienced gamer should have to repeat the same sequence over and over again for hours in order to get it right. It gets downright boring and frustrating. All games should operate on an approximately even level of difficulty beyond the initial 5 minutes of learning. Hope other developers learn not to do this, but this cost them 2 stars because I'm sad and irritated. (FYI for potential purchasers -- this remains at impossible level even with the accessibility setting on no quick events) Also the rediculous shouting on Eno into the void....

Tin Hearts

Controls Janky

I really wanted to like this. A cute game with great graphics and good ideas -- but clearly designed for VR -- and the controls on PC are nearly completely unusable. I really hadn't the patience for fiddly controls that are a game in themselves to operate. Move this piece from here to there - sounds easy but 15 after minutes of battling with the controls I game up. This is a game that would be quite nice for kids -- but I can't see the average 10 year old being able to cope with and enjoy the controls. My fairly adept grandson coped even less well than I.

Often the hints do not show anything

Need to do extensive online research as the hints do not work, showing absolutely nothing often even when there are residual clues to be found. Otherwise is quite nice. Would be nice to have rather less flies collected for a hint - anyone who wants a hint is not going to want to spend 20 minutes of clicking for each one.

Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic

Great. Some nice features vs version 1.

A few bugs (favourites for online scenes not retained, cannot filter to show only downloaded scenes. But great overall. Probably worth getting as an alternative to purchasing more eras on V1. Good for kids age 3+ especially with self creation of simple levels.

Lifeless Planet Premier Edition

Broken save mechanism

I liked the game quite a lot. However it is let down by a severely faulty save mechanism (as others report) that repeatedly loses the position. It is no fun at all doing the same thing over and over again because when the game is restarted you have lost an hour of effort. So eventually I gave up trying. 4 and a half stars but for this bug (and would keep the 4.5 for anyone who wants to spend a full day completing the game in a single pass)
