Takes a LOT of work to get it running on modern computers. Just from the sheer amount of stuff you have to google and fixes you have to download, it's almost not worth it to buy this official version rather than simply downloading a pirated copy that has all the fixes and works out of the box. Railroad Tycoon II, however, works just fine on new computers, so I would recommend buying that game instead.
I enjoyed Warcraft 2 when it first came out, but this version doesn't work (crashes on startup), therefore I must give it a 1/5.
