I remember the game finally breaking my immersion when facing the lazy difficulty system, which turns enemies into plain bulletsponges at higher difficulty. I really tried to look past the empty world and missing rpg depth since I craved for some new fallout experience. However 10€ and some mods could make this worth it.

Had to give this 5 stars because of the very addictive gameplay alone. I ignored the game all these years. Im in 20 hours on hard and completed 15% of the story. There is nothing you can compare it to. The gameplay makes up for all my contras: They need to manage to make more interesting characters for dying light 2 (the already said they would), it doesnt have to be "the last of us quality" just a bit less obvious, a bit more realistic. Sure you can sell this as trash humor which I like, but I didnt get it at that point then. Honestly I dont like any character in the game. And they need to balance difficulties to be more realistic, when enemies can take too much hits on the head this can be an immersion breaker. They need to increase difficulties more by changes circumstances less by straight calculation of health and damage values. Play it with a controller. If you wanna use a dualshock then download DS4Windows and start it before playing. (You dont need steam like someone here mentioned it, contact me if you got questions) Getting the enhanced edition for 15€ was a steal, but even without the discount its worth it.
