I am unable to describe very well why this game is so good, I can say shortly that the graphics and the game world are stunning, the voice acting is movie quality, Geralt is a cool guy, it has jokes, partial nudity, story choices, good soundtrack and specially you can get a very nice ending (they don't do the poetic c**p ending Mass Effect or others do). It is the first game for which I bought the DLC and the only game for which I enjoyed the DLC as much as the main game. The big bad wolf scene from Blood and Wine DLC is epic.
The game gets pretty boring pretty fast. There are too many annoying things to write them all here. The terrain is boring, some times too many hills, some times too many little islands. Crafting is very limited and annoying, you have to craft several useless intermediate items to get to the final one. Inventory space is horrible, It is way cheaper to increase the suit inventory way past the ship inventory, it doesn't make any sense. It is too expensive to take off and you have to land on and on because every planet is full of remote sites made up of 1-3 buildings, and the reward for landing is insignificant, like learning 1 or 2 words or some crappy stuff. The way objects are popping in very ugly. The handling of the ship is boring. As a personal preference the fact that enemies are able to stop your pulse jump is stupid. Pffu there are so many things but I don't like to write. I can only suggest that you buy it on some heavy discount. For a price tag of 20 euro these aspects would not matter so much anymore.
