Good remake of the classic original. Great music, The voice recordings instead of the text of the original is welcome and well done. The clicking interface is obviously better than typing in text commands. However it is not as good as the Daedalic interface. There's more clicking than necessary. There are very few locations in LSL1. I would have preferred it to be extended a bit but as it is, it is true to the original. Overall thumbs up. If you liked the original, you will most certainly enjoy this.
This is a very good game. It is not perfect: Like with all point and click games, there are times when you get stuck. I had to go to youtube 2-3 times. I don´t like mini-game-puzzles that are not logically embedded in the story. Like all adventure games, Macinarium has these, too. But overall it is just a very good game: Great story, great graphics, great soundtrack.
