Cyberpunk 2077

Amazing, huge world

I have a feeling some would disagree with my review but I feel a need to write something positive about this amazing game, even more so now. A lot of reviews I've seen have been written by gamers who played the game for a relatively short amount of time. Personally, I always wait until I've played at least 5,6 hours to write something. After 30h I must say that I am really enjoying Cyberpunk. Albeit, I truly haven't had a lot of issues, I have a Nvidia 1060, Intel i7, 16gb of RAM and I capped by game at 35 fps (something I always do for every game). I recommend everyone update their drivers before playing the game . The story is incredible, I love the characters, they feel really fleshed out, alive. The world is gorgeous and I cannot even imagine the amount of time it must've taken to model all the incredible architecture. I can understand the stress gamers felt when they faced the technical issues the game can have but saying that it is not an RPG and that the story is bad is just wrong. One single line of dialog can change the outcome of a quest. You always make decisions and build V's character which is already pretty badass. The quests are fun, different and they just pull you into the vast universe of Cyberpunk. The quests are truly something else, they're usually long with unique stories and outsomes and god knows there are a lot of sidequests, asides from the main ones. Have I mentioned the outstanding voice acting? There are a lot of skills for you to chose from and while it might seem overwhelming at first, but it's really not that difficult to chose and level up V. Some promised features were not implemented into this version of the game, but I'm positive that they will be added soon. Play it for the amazing stories and characters and you won't regret it. Calling this game a failure is an insult to all the amazing people who worked hard on it for years, always think of those artists, programmers, writers (and many more) too, and not just the management.
