Cyberpunk 2077

Meh... a bit of a letdown

The game runs well on my PC but the game itself is a bit of a disappointment. The writing is good and it's packed with cool lore but it feels like all this action from the trailers you see in the short clips during loading screens. I was hoping for more cyberpunky game, instead, I got a sci-fi shooter. The whole side of what makes Cyberpunk great is very limited and dumbed down in the game. It feels like the first few missions were well put together and then whoever was responsible for that got hit by the bus and they had to replace them with someone less skilled. That's how I feel. Now, don't get me wrong. This is not a terrible game (at least not on PC) and I have almost 40h on the clock and still a lot to explore and play but as a whole, it is a bit of a letdown. If you want a Cyberpunk experience I would recommend something else (Deus Ex, Shadowrun series, System Shock, even good old Syndicate has more customisation than this game) but if you want a good looking shooter with a decent story then this game will do. Nothing great, but nothing terrible either.
