as it turns out, the game is very buggy and not fine-tuned. However, it is much more sorry that the developers coughed up Linux support (even though they are said to have a port, they only give it to Google Stadia). So no linux = no money... Although in this case it probably doesn't matter so much ... the alpha version has been released so far. wait until year 2077 to play normal version :\
added traumatology as an overall department. Trauma remains part of the emergency, but physically injured players (various burns, cuts, stab wounds or gunshot wounds) are treated here. The helicopter now delivers more dead than living patients: D very successful and high quality DLC
Please ignore old reviews. The game is now after heavy development another game as in Nov 2018. Patch 1.1 and next patchs bring a lot new things... Very realistic, hard, and funny game not only on theme build hospital, but big role play stuff, managment and early detection of disease symptoms. WOW!
