it is an interesting game but, i had to start over, because i did one tiny mistake. i destroyed the well, before i could build a new one. it does not help that there is only 1 save file. it is a game that i intend to play more. it is interesting that the movies is separate from the ingame graphics.
the game still needs to connect to a server each time it starts. that limits its life span. it will eventually stop working, when the server goes offline. as for the game itself: with DLC it requires about 5 levels, before it is possible to 100% most levels. it runs well on my i7-4700mq and gtx 770m. you should buy it while it still works.
i played the steam version for a while. then when i started the gog version, i could access my old save from the steam version. i purchased it on gog to be able to run it in windows 7 and 8.1. it is good to be able to continue my old save. i already knew that it worked in windows 7 and 8.1 after testing the steam version.
the gog version only redirects me to the official web site where i have to buy the game before i can register for an account. that means that the gog version does not have multiplayer at all. it comes with a serial key but, there is no place to type it in.
