Fantastic game

One of the best adventure games I played recently. Magnificent story, good puzzles, and I love the impact your actions have. It's one of those games that you immediately want to play again after finishing it.

Hero-U: Rogue to Redemption

Great game in the Coles signature style

At first I was a bit afraid - we all know cases in which great creators of games created later ones that just weren't any good (think Moebius). However, I'm happy to say that here the Coles delivered. The story was fun, the puzzles interesting, and t really was cohesive. Great atmosphere as well.

The Colonel's Bequest

One of the greats

Although tricky at first, once you get tha hang of it, the game is really engaging. The puzzles at time are a bit difficult, but that's often because you have a much more options than in games of that era. The time mechanic is an intersting one. You can miss some things in the game owing to it, but its not a detriment - I actually think it increases replayability.

Blackwell Epiphany

A great conclusion

The conclusion to the Blackwell series manages to deliver a good story. The puzzles are more difficult thatn in the previous games, but not anything that would be unsolveable. I'm not fully convivned about the internet search mechanic in the game, but it overall is so good that it didn't bother me. The ending was surprising.

Blackwell Bundle

Great story and engaging puzzles

Although the voice acting could be better in the first part, the series is great. The puzzles don't go into moon logic, but can be challenging. The gameplay is satisfying, and the story engages you. Really happy with this one. Note that the conclusion of the series is not part of the bundle (but is worth it!)

Good sequel

Follow up to Blackwell Legacy. Although we play a different protagonist in this one - Lauren, Rosa's aunt - it gets the plot rolling for the other parts.

Blackwell Legacy

A good introduction

Although fairly short, the gameis a great introduction to the franchise, and makes you want to play the next one. Nice story, the puzzles aren't obvious but also are not too complex. Really liked this one. The Voice acting could be better though, but it does not spoil the game.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition

Great game... apart from, the final part

The story is pretty good, though some things were a bit unclear - these were mostly throwbacks to older Divinity games. But I still enjoyed the game greatly. The only problem that soured my experience was the final chapter in the game, when the difficulty bumps up a lot - the final battle was just frustrating, If you like punishing gameplay, you won't be disappointed, but I just got irritated and turned the difficulty down. Didn't like that too much, but I really just had it with how OP some of the characters were. To be honest it really spoiled my enjoyment of the game.

Kathy Rain 2: Soothsayer

One of the best adventure games

The first Kathy Rain was awesome, and this one actually is just as good if not better. Great writing, great acting, fantastic story. I couldn't stop playing until I got to the end.

Gibbous - A Cthulhu Adventure

Starts out strong, but falters later.

At the beginning it was great, but the longer I played, the more problems appeared. The amount of times you could look at something at one point was tiresome. Not clicking through all the options had me thinking I could miss an important plot point, but it was not rewarding at all - and after some time the jokes lost their novelty. The plot starts out strong, but arount 2/3rds of the game is all over the place. And the ending is confusing. The writing in general could be better in the late game. And the final act was just boring. The puzzles were tedious, and I would have preferred the game to be shorter than have me do something that wasn't fun. Ultimately not bad, but gets a bit tedious.
