if you are a fan of classics, this one delievers This is probably one of the most wonderfully "streamlined adventure" games as we would say long ago. The story is linear. That's not important. This game is all NOW Survival 10 Horror 10 Lore 10 more A magnificent beast.
The experience will ring true to fans of DK2. Admittedly, it shares more in common there than with DK1 with a less macabre approach. However, if you enjoyed the originals you will probably like this one. I love it. And with a bunch of fan maps and a built-in map editor PLUS my pet dungeon, this one will keep me happy until they make a worthy sequel to EG.
